We are looking for a Project Control Specialist for the 1574 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant EPC Project in Turkmenistan. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Minimum 4 years of experience in planning, scheduling and cost control on large-scale power generation, oil & gas, petrochemical or similar industrial EPC projects, Experience with change management and risk management processes preferred, Experience in multi-national consortium-based projects preferred, Advanced Primavera P6 user, Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools with expertise in Excel, Fluent in English, both written and spoken, Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including but not limited to the Project Management Team (PMT), staff, clients, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders,
