Job Purpose Supervise a safe and efficient execution of the Offshore A&D activities within the Cheleken contract area with specific focus on subsea decommissioning activities. Primary focus is the flushing operations of subsea pipelines, pipeline cutting and subsea debris removal. Secondary focus is to support scrap removal operations from legacy platforms. Job Responsibilities Supervise Contractor works on a daily basis and during all critical phases. Engage in strong hands on leadership for daily operational execution and conduct frequent reviews of lesson learned for promoting safety and enhancing productivity. Assume responsibilities as “Permit Authority” as per Company Permit to Work system for associated activities. Ensure proper controls and standards are in place and all activities are performed in compliance with Company, international and national safety standards. Efficient use of appointed contractors as well as in-house construction resources. Ensure adherence to regional & company safety regulations and procedures. Achieve company various decommissioning goals and ensure complete HSE compliance at work site. Monitor work progress and performance to ensure KPIs, Goals and Objectives are met on time. Ensure quality of work performed is as per applicable regional requirements, company standards, policies and specifications. Establish a solid system of guidelines, standards best practices to ensure complete application and maintenance of company IMS. Reviews Contractor’s method statements, checklists, disposal reports, conduct risk assessments for decommissioning activities. Identify areas of improvement, formulate implementation strategies and manage the work necessary to achieve the same through proactive planning and effective follow up capturing and sharing all lessons learned. Manage and support Contractor’s team to meet decommissioning targets, plan and execute works for best utilization of resources safely and timely.
