Vision: Build financial services that delight and enable consumers Mission: Use software and AI and to build financial products that are at least 10x better than status quo for our customers The Role UX Researcher will bridge users and the product team. They will study and understand how users interact with a product, their needs, and expectations. Collect, analyze, and present findings with the product team that will help inform the product design process. Will employ both qualitative and quantitative research, along with behavioral and attitudinal research. Your Responsibilities Will Include Have an awareness of costs, budgets, and time management. Source and recruit participants for UX research studies. Plan, manage, gather, and analyze, insights about users through new studies and review of existing data. (ie: usability sessions, user interviews, etc) Compile finished, well-documented research findings to deliver meaningful and actionable insights for internal consumption, and present findings to product team and other stakeholders. Take full ownership of all UX research and run multiple streams of work at one time. Be the voice of the user on your team, alongside the Product Managers and Product designers, ensuring that the products we deliver solve the customers’ problems while meeting commercial goals. Be able to influence product and design decisions with excellent interpersonal skills. Create a UX research roadmap for continuous improvement across the product. Advise on the most appropriate research methods. Conduct competitor and exemplar analysis.
