IZUMO is a new-era VTuber project with a mission to create a sustainable platform where everyone can live as they want to be. We aim to unlock the potential of humanity through the avatar technology. On November 27th, 2023, we announced that we secured USD 12.7 million in funding during our seed round, bringing our total funding to approximately USD 14.8 million. The Role Responsibilities In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on user engagement & monetization metrics. Your work will involve deep diving into consumer insights to understand and suggest specific initiatives that the product team can work on and implement as features. You will be responsible for: Developing and implementing a strategy for live operations and monetization that considers the expectations of both viewers and streamers. Exploring new in-app content strategies, and models, planning and launching an in-app live event by following up on hot trends and topics. Introducing, managing, and developing the roadmap of features and tools needed to innovate and improve live ops of AniLive. This is your chance to coordinate our development with relevant stakeholders and bring your innovative ideas to life. Conducting quantitative analysis and A/B and multivariate tests to optimize user retention, consumption rate, and ARPU value through gaining critical insights into users' life cycle Bring the team an understanding of best-in-class live ops activities, feature design and monetization mechanics.
