Role Description As an HSEQ in Charge, you will be responsible for overseeing health, safety, environment, and quality initiatives. This is a full-time on-site role located in Turkmenistan. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing HSEQ policies, conducting risk assessments, monitoring compliance with regulations, investigating incidents, and providing training and guidance to employees. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree is required. NEBOSH IGC or equivalent. Certifications in relevant HSEQ disciplines (NEBOSH, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, etc.) Minimum 2 years’ experience in construction / Oil & Gas industry. Language – Russian, English, Turkmen Good knowledge of health, safety, environment, and quality regulations and best practices Strong understanding of risk management principles Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to develop and implement effective HSEQ policies and procedures.
