Job Purpose Support Engineering, Operations and Maintenance departments in optimizing the performance and reliability of plant instrumentation and control systems, identifying and correcting deficiencies and maintaining equipment and personnel safety. Identify and study current best practices in Instrument engineering and recommend optimal solutions to meet specific requirements for existing systems upgrades and for preventive and predictive maintenance. Develop standard documentation and specifications in keeping with the latest International standards and follow up on project activities to ensure compliance with standards. Inspect onshore and offshore facilities and undertake or assist in pre-construction surveys in order to produce accurate technical data and drawings. Ensure that information accuracy, dimensional accuracy and integrity of CAD deliverables are in compliance with company requirements and internationally recognized codes and standards. Liaise with Dubai office and help Dubai CAD & Engineers in field verifications. Provide support to Dubai engineers for site verification and correct drawings for different disciplines.
